Delivery, Returns and Warranty

Delivery

At SPARKLN we offer FREE UK delivery on all purchases, regardless of the value.

Our orders are delivered with Royal Mail, all packages are insured and trackable and delivery times is within 72 hours. We aim to post our products on the same day of the purchase and get your order to you as fast as possible.

Returns

Something is not quite right? We offer FULL REFUND on all eligible items requested within 14 days of delivery. Before sending the product back to us, please read the below rules of returns carefully. If these rules are not followed, it is likely that your return request will be refused, please contact us if you have any concerns.

The rules of returns are the following:

• Items must have all original tags/labels
• Items must be sent back in the original packaging (shipping box + insert + jewellery box)
• Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, unmodified

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Earrings, cartilages, piercings of any kind (due to hygiene reasons)
• Personalised/bespoke items
• Sale items
• Items damaged or altered after delivery
• Items that show clear signs of wearing (i.e. labels off, alterations, damages due to wear, such as bent items)

If you received already damaged or faulty items, please contact us on info@sparkln.com within 2 days of delivery, with a photo of the damage or fault attached to you email. After this time period, refunds on these items will be considered but not guaranteed.

Refunds generally take 3-5 working days counting from the day we processed your return. Delays may occur depending on the process of your bank or card company. You can always contact us to check on the status of your return, but after we processed it, it is out of our hands and you might need to contact your financial institution.

Once your return arrives back to us we will proceed with an immediate inspection and we will issue your refund if applicable. Please note that the returns number needs to be written down and included in the package in order for us to be able to efficiently process your return. If it is not included, there can be issues and delays to identify your package.

Warranty

We offer a 300 day manufacturer’s warranty, counting from the day of delivery. Please contact us on info@sparkln.com to redeem your warranty. Items returned will be sent to our manufacturer for inspection, we will notify the customer of the outcome of the inspection within 7 days of us receiving back the faulty item and the refund will be issued after inspection, if applicable.
