Refund policy

If you received already damaged or faulty items, please contact us on info@sparkln.com within 2 days of delivery, with a photo of the damage or fault attached to you email. After this time period, refunds on these items will be considered but not guaranteed.

 

Refunds generally take 3-5 working days counting from the day we processed your return. Delays may occur depending on the process of your bank or card company. You can always contact us to check on the status of your return, but after we processed it, it is out of our hands and you might need to contact your financial institution.

 

Once your return arrives back to us (which can be tracked) we will proceed with an immediate inspection and we will issue your refund if applicable. Please note that the returns number needs to be written down and included in the package in order for us to be able to efficiently process your return. If it is not included, there can be issues and delays to identify your package.
