Even before booking Adrienne was very warm and professional and addressed all my concerns. This reassured me and gave me confidence in the process. On the day she was professional and patient with my toddler. She took her time and ensured that the piercing was done sanitary and with precision. The piercing seemed pain free as my daughter didn't cry and was done very quickly. My daughter received a certificate, after care kit and a useful tracker to ensure her ears were cleaned three times a day for three weeks. My daughter's piercing appeared as if healed from day one, there was no soreness, no swelling and no inflammation. I totally recommend the service. I am beyond pleased.

Adrienn is a fantastic, patient professional. She was super friendly lovely interactive and informative. My daughter was 21months at the time of getting her piercing so I was worried I had left it too long. My daughter is not too keen on new faces but she gravitated towards Adrienn quicker than expected. Adrienn completed the job within 5mins and my daughter did not cry just a slight reaction of course but overall smooth. Adrienn was also reassuring & adjusted her time to fit mine which I appreciate. I have been putting off my daughter’s ear piercing solely because I was unsure what service was best for us. Luckily I came across SPARKLN (through the recommendation of a friend) and their service is exactly what I needed. The experience was superb, Adrienn was kind, gentle and very patient with my little one, very professional with lots and lots of information on how to care for the piercing after the appointment and she stayed in touch afterwards to make sure everything was going well. I am so happy I chose them, it was worth every pound (not even very pricey if you consider they only work with solid gold and they travel to you). An absolute treasure of a service, 100% recommended!!
