My baby had her ears pierced by Edina today. Honestly an amazing lady, communicated with me letting me know ETA, was lovely, kind and gentle with baby. Took her time to make sure i was happy with everything and explained aftercare. Very hygienic and professional service. So happy with SPARKLN and Edina, 100% recommend, especially for babies

I’m so glad I booked SPARKLN for my daughter - having an at home experience was the best thing for both of us - it kept her relaxed being in her own environment and made it much easier for me to support her too. Edina, who came to do her ears, was excellent. She messaged me ahead of time with an exact ETA and communicated clearly throughout what the process would be like. What really made the difference was the way she interacted with my baby - first taking the time to make friends with her, playing with her, talking to her. She was patient and gentle, not in a rush, and took her time to get everything perfect, from marking the spot to piercing the ear to playing with her again afterwards.
